The speaker training experience is excellent. Lissette has a wealth of information and experience that she readily shared to help this new author learn how to talk about and market my book. I found Lissette to be very friendly and comfortable to work with. She also was very encouraging for an introverted person who doesn't like to put herself in the public eye. The only suggestion I have for improvement is to make sure the trainee's schedule is clear or to stretch out the time between the training sessions in order to have time to complete the exercises in a more diligent manner.
